Job OverviewThe Front Desk Executive Assistant is responsible for administrative functions to support our team of Financial Advisors and Client Service Specialists as well as serve our clients from our office in Hunt Valley, MD. This is an in-person, full-time, front desk position.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and scanners. This is largely a sedentary role and employee may sit or use PC for long periods of time. Standard hours of work are 40 hours/week – Monday through Friday during normal business day hours of 8:30am – 5pm (with a ½ hour lunch break).
