Sarah Jones

I joined Marshall Financial Group (MFG) in 2023 because I wanted to be part of a firm that felt like a family. The team at MFG is collaborative, supportive and embraces the talents of each member. I hadn’t planned on a career in financial services, but it’s been an industry in which I have thrived. In my 15-years as a Client Service professional, I’ve navigated many unique and complex situations that have sharpened my problem-solving skills and allowed me to provide a variety of outside-the-box solutions to clients. I take pride in being a resource our clients can count on to handle things, so they don’t have to worry.

I am a caregiver by nature, so it makes sense that I have a job that’s all about taking care of clients. From onboarding to handling cash flow needs, I always strive to deliver excellent client service. I especially value my ability to simplify things for clients when they’re dealing with complex or life-changing situations. I also enjoy my MFG colleagues. We embrace each other’s unique experiences in a culture that encourages us to collaborate and learn from one another.

How I spend time outside of work
You’ll find me with my husband, James, and our sons, Alex and Colin, who keep me on my toes and bring me so much joy. From the sidelines of soccer games, weekends together, and road trips as a family, our adventures together have created my most precious memories.

Biggest accomplishment
Being mom to my boys is the greatest honor of my life and a responsibility I do not take lightly. I am so thankful for a front row seat to watch them grow into the people they were created to become.
