As a Client Service Associate at Marshall Financial Group, I focus on creating a supportive, seamless experience for every client we serve. With over twelve years of customer service experience and two years in the financial services industry, I’ve developed a strong ability to anticipate needs and be a consistent, reliable resource through all of life’s stages.

What drew me to MFG—and what keeps me here—is the leadership and support of our team. We each bring different strengths and perspectives, and together we create well-rounded solutions that truly benefit our clients. That collaborative environment has helped me grow both personally and professionally.

In my day-to-day role, I work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met with care and attention to detail. I’m especially passionate about helping clients navigate unexpected life events. I believe empathy is essential—taking the time to listen, understand, and be present can make all the difference. Whether I’m assisting with paperwork, making calls on their behalf, or simply being there to talk things through, I want every client to feel heard, supported, and confident moving forward.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is the relationships I build. Many of our clients are open and trusting, which allows for meaningful connections that I truly value. Their feedback and appreciation inspire me to go the extra mile every day.

What can we find you doing outside of work?

I love spending time with my family and discovering new favorite food spots. My perfect day would start with an early morning drive to the beach, followed by great seafood, a good book, and ending with a beautiful sunset.

A little known fact about me:I’ve completed several large-scale interior design projects without any formal training.

Who inspires you the most?

My biggest inspiration comes from my children and grandchildren. I’m incredibly proud of my family and of being married to my high school sweetheart for over 30 years.

I live by a quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson: “To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived, this is to have succeeded.”

Meal: steak or seafood

Beverage: water (with the occasional Dr. Pepper and crunchy ice)

Travel destination: anywhere with great food and friendly people
