Senior Financial Advisor

I have spent 38 years in the financial services industry, and what started as a job right out of college turned into a career I truly love. My original plan was to spend three years learning about investing and then move on. Clearly, that plan changed! What I enjoy most about being a financial advisor is the relationships I've built along the way. I've worked with many of my clients for more than 20 years, and it's been a privilege to be part of their financial journeys. I believe financial planning doesn't have to be complicated or intimidating. My goal is to simplify complex financial topics so clients understand their options and how different strategies may help them work toward their personal goals.

I joined MFG because I believe the firm's diverse experience, collaborative approach, and fresh perspectives are a great fit for my clients. The team brings energy, knowledge, and a shared commitment to helping people navigate their financial lives. And perhaps just as importantly, they know how to have fun! After nearly four decades in this industry, I still enjoy learning, being challenged, and finding new ways to help my clients.

My biggest tip for clients

Create a financial safety net for your short-term needs and understand the role that investment risk can play in pursuing long-term goals. You don't need to understand every complicated financial product, but you should understand why a particular strategy makes sense for you.

Favorite quote

"Go Big or Go Home."

How I spend time outside of work

You'll usually find me playing tennis or pickleball, and if I've played too much of either, reading a good book! My husband, Sam, and I love spending time with our family and friends, attending outdoor summer concerts, and traveling. Our children keep us laughing and are always finding creative ways to bring everyone together. Family vacations and a competitive board game are some of my favorite things.

Biggest accomplishment

Professionally, earning my CFP® certification. Personally, being a mom. Nothing compares to that!

Little known fact about me

I would happily trade my professional wardrobe for leggings, sneakers, and a T-shirt every day. I think I'm more productive when I'm comfortable!
