Melanie Knight

Melanie began her career in finance as a college senior, taking on an internship at a financial advisory firm—and she’s been in the industry ever since. She joined Marshall Financial Group in September 2025, drawn to the firm’s culture, values, and commitment to both professional growth and work-life balance.

With a strong background in operations and client service, Melanie specializes in helping clients understand the mechanics of their accounts and guiding them through the paperwork process with ease. She prides herself on delivering a high-quality client experience, ensuring each request is handled with care and efficiency. For Melanie, the most rewarding part of her work is the appreciation she receives from clients and the trust they place in her.

Her advice to clients? “Meet with your advisor regularly—and if you have questions, don’t wait to ask.”

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter, often outdoors or relaxing at the beach. She finds inspiration in her mom, who has been her backbone, and now strives to be the same for her own daughter. Her greatest accomplishment? Becoming a mom.

Pet: We don’t currently have a family pet, but I still talk about my first love, a German Short Haired Pointer, named Bella, who I had for 15 years.
