I joined Marshall Financial Group because I wanted to be part of a team that values collaboration, efficiency, and doing what's right for clients. Having experienced MFG from the client side before joining the firm, I appreciated the team's attention to detail and commitment to service. I've always enjoyed working with numbers, solving problems, and helping others, so pursuing a career in financial services felt like a natural fit. In my role as an Operations Specialist, I focus on organization, accuracy, and supporting the processes that help our team deliver a positive client experience.

What I enjoy most about working at MFG is the people. I'm surrounded by knowledgeable, supportive colleagues who are always willing to share their experience and help one another succeed. I enjoy learning something new every day, building relationships with clients, and finding ways to make processes more efficient. I believe the little details make a big difference, and I take pride in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

My biggest tip for clients

Build your financial life around your goals, not your investments. Understanding what you're working toward is an important first step in making informed financial decisions.

I believe life is too short to spend all your time worrying about things you can't change. Make the most of each day, enjoy the people around you, and don't forget to have some fun along the way.

How I spend time outside of work

If it's warm outside, there's a good chance you'll find me at the beach surfing, fishing, or working on my golf game. When winter rolls around, I trade the beach for the mountains and enjoy skiing. I'm also a big football fan and love spending time with friends and family.

My perfect day would start with an early morning surf session with my brother, followed by 18 holes of golf, and end with family, friends, pizza, wings, and some NFL football.

Biggest accomplishment

Being selected by my professors as one of six students from Frostburg State University to receive the 2026 Outstanding Marketing Student Award from the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce. It was an honor to be recognized for my hard work and dedication.

Little known fact about me

I grew up loving to eat fish, but somewhere along the way, I developed an allergy. These days, I still love fishing, but now I just catch them!
