Stefanie Beck

Stefanie brings more than a decade of recruitment experience to her role at Marshall Financial Group. She joined the firm in 2025, inspired by MFG’s people-first culture and values she had long admired as a former client. With a background as a Vice President at a large organization, Stefanie chose to take her expertise to a more dynamic, tight-knit environment where she could make a direct impact each day.

At MFG, Stefanie supports leadership as a Senior Executive Assistant while also guiding the firm’s recruitment efforts. Known for her energy and transparent approach, she thrives on earning trust, solving challenges, and building processes that make life easier for clients and colleagues alike. Her favorite part of the role is the opportunity to continuously learn, collaborate with like-minded professionals, and contribute to the firm’s growth.

Her advice to clients and colleagues alike: “Trust your gut – it will hardly ever steer you wrong.”

Outside of work, Stefanie is always on the move. She enjoys hiking, camping, sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and live music—but most of all, time with her husband and two sons, Max and Grady. Whether they’re exploring outdoors or gathered around a campfire, her family keeps life full of laughter and adventure.

Fun fact: Stefanie was an Irish dancer for 15 years. She finds inspiration in her mom’s example of resilience and integrity, and counts being a wife and mother among her greatest accomplishments.
